The kitchen was gutted along with flooring removal. The wall between kitchen and dining room was demolished which allowed space for the the island. New cabinets were installed along with the island cabinets and granite countertop. The crown molding and oak flooring added warmth to the space. The wing walls and beam between the living room and dining room were removed with the installation of an upset beam in the ceiling. This opened up the dining room space plus improved the flow between the kitchen and dining room.

Removed the solid brick rear wall of the kitchen to add the porch area. Replaced the slanted porch floor with a level heated tile floor. Installed custom cabinets and tile backsplash. The homeowner gained a brand new look and roomier feel. Removed the rear window and door. Relocated and installed a new rear door plus added a greenhouse window centered above the sink. Constructed a rear deck and steps adjacent to the rear door.

The kitchen was completely gutted including the cabinet divider which opened the space to the connecting family room. All new flooring, cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and appliances were installed. The design allowed for a fresh look and flow to the family room.

Pantry Remodel


The closet originally housed the washer and dryer. They were moved to a newly built closet on the second floor. The space was modified with custom-built shelving. The newly installed doors also had custom-shelves for additional storage. This additional storage space was a game changer for the homeowners.
